Byblos in Marl

We ordered from Lieferando because of the good reviews and will not do this again. We ordered a Mischwi Mschakal plate, a doner kebab plate, a mini doner kebab, Fatayer spinach and Sambusik meat. First of all I have to say that I rarely write a bad review, but here it has to be. I have NEVER been so disgusted with something to eat. Except for the mini kebab and the kebab meat from the plate, we had to throw everything away. Which is very, very unfortunate, but it was not edible. The salad was like muddy cake, the french fries sticky, the rice ice cold and the meat on the skewer too. Brief conclusion; - Delivery time not met! - food was cold! - According to the phone conversation, the driver was on the road with our food for more than half an hour! (Probably the reason for the cold dishes) - Burnt bread on the plate! The only plus point; + Doner meat very tasty! (That's the reason for the 2 stars) In spite of everything, make your own picture, that is our experience.

Never again! Cold mushy fries, burgers that don't deserve the name "burger". 1.5 hours delivery time is pathetic.

The ordered food arrived lukewarm. The salad ordered was not prepared according to the menu. The quality left a lot to be desired. The fries were almost raw and therefore inedible. The menu did not state that there were wedges with the burger. For this reason we ordered french fries with the burger. Because of the wrongly prepared salad, we called. Unfortunately the complaint was not dealt with to the satisfaction. We were told that we would just hold up operations. After a long discussion, a new salad with the wrong dressing was delivered. In my opinion, the staff are very incompetent and rude. If I could, I wouldn't give a star. In short: once and never again.

The pizza I ordered tasted like cardboard with a lot of oil. The cheese, the most important thing on a Margharita pizza, tasted like rancid Gouda cheese from the gas station toilet. Even the fast food chain McDonals has better cheese on their cheeseburgers than this location on their pizzas. The prices are way overpriced for what was on offer.

Puller !!! Never again... It used to go so well, but lately it's been getting worse. Quality and quantity suffer a lot ... Every time the order is wrong ... Can't be that difficult to let go of the onions. Who can read has a clear advantage 👍

We have ordered from you very often. Always fresh and tasty. Most of the time something is forgotten ... Annoying when you pay for it. Last time, however, there was a hair and lint in the bread. Now with a puff pastry roll ... That just doesn't work !! It's a shame actually. But you don't want to order anything like this :(

Basically, I've always been relatively satisfied until now. The last time there was an insect in the pizza .. I looked over it (can happen) And today we received a completely wrong order, during the phone call you were then pampered and it would be "so far away" whether we now seriously insist on the "SMALL THINGS" Well .. towards the end I was then promised that the food would be delivered again .. after another hour of waiting the kebab arrived .. cold and AGAIN with the wrong topping ... I'll never order again! Payment was made in advance via PayPal!

Unfortunately, today's order was a bitter disappointment. Sucuktasche was more like a sausage bag (no garlic sausage rather boiled sausages), baguettes were almost not filled, pizza rolls could be beaten, the pizzas were so-so and the entire order was freezing! We will never order anything here again.

We actually order there often. Sometimes to deliver, sometimes to pick up. Actually, the food tastes very good there. In the meantime, however, we prefer to pick it up ourselves. We always experience new surprises when it comes to delivery. Either something is missing, something is being delivered incorrectly or it is cold. The last time was really a disaster, we have never had that. Pizza cold and kebab too. It's really annoying.

I have ordered food from Byblos 3-4 times so far. Last time the food came faster than expected, the drivers are super friendly and the food is amazing! Always my pleasure!

I like the pizza .... but for some time the edge minimum is 3 cm burned and not edible-total burned hard .... I order a 28 Pizza edible grad times 24cm ... disappointing ...... and already 4 times in a row .... find me now another pizzeria !!! ..... for as little covering hard only in the middle .... and the whole edge .... nah ... that it does not work....

Ordered today for the first time and had to say was very disappointed otherwise eat on site ... had tortelini with sauce as always but this time it was something of dry and bland (no taste) were otherwise very tasty I have never experienced there a shame! Ask me if the new chef has .. that's why unfortunately only 2 stars

Great team, fast delivery, if you want something delicious and oriental food you are in good hands here in Marl, I can recommend it to anyone !! Everyone who complains have no idea what food is and appreciate neither the store nor the super team !!

Very tasty doner kebab

It could not be better! After the authorities of the city Marl forbade the visit with a dog under penalty, we were summarily served before the door! Super delicious fresh food! This can not be done any better! Great people who helped us with spiessigen authorities conditions well. A glass of red wine was organized from across the street. Also this prohibition of dispensing legally resolved😀
